You must be a member to participate and at least 21 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is a member and is over 21.
Cancellation Policy:
A cancellation fee will be charged regardless of circumstances. You will be liable for any and all additional liquidation cost that the club incurs due to a cancellation after the deadline. Participants are encouraged to acquire travel insurance to cover unanticipated situations.

Those selecting air also get ground transportation in Montana. Those on a ground only package may board our bus at the Montana airport if you are ready to go when the group is ready to depart. The bus cannot be held for those arranging independent air travel.
